Overview

At Little Musicians Academy (LMA), we are dedicated to nurturing the musical talents of children aged 5 to 18. Our programs provide free training in various forms of music, ensuring accessibility for all gifted individuals. As a non-profit organization, we appreciate your support and understanding regarding our cancellation and refund policies.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Enrollment Cancellation:

    • If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any program, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the start date of the program. You may do this via email or by contacting our administrative office.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date may not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Class Cancellation:

    • In the event that LMA needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, weather conditions), we will notify parents/guardians as soon as possible.
    • A make-up class will be scheduled, or an alternate arrangement will be provided.

Refund Policy

  1. Tuition Fees:

    • Since all programs at LMA are provided free of charge, there are no tuition fees to be refunded.

  2. Donations:

    • If you have made a donation to support our programs, please note that donations are non-refundable. However, we greatly appreciate your generosity, which allows us to continue offering our services to musically gifted children.

  3. Materials and Resources:

    • Any fees for materials or resources (if applicable) will be specified at the time of enrollment. Refunds for these items may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
